To conclude the research paper, artificial intelligence has come a long way. From ancient times even though the term did not exist that time until now where Siri, ChatGpt and self driving cars are thriving. The idea behind artificial intelligence is to  automate certain tasks and enhance efficiency especially in the workplace.

Artificial intelligence has the potential to benefit businesses. AI can improve decision making because it can analyse and predict algorithms based on past and present data. It can process a huge amount of data a human can not do in a timely manner. Businesses can react immediately when changes are needed. AI can also help with repetitive tasks which makes work more efficient for the organisations. Another benefit an AI can give to organisations is it can enhance their sales(if they are in retail/sales business). Due to the algorithm, AI can personalise the advertisements and recommendations and leads to more targeted and engaging interaction. AI can also make work safer for workers. For example, machines in production areas.

However, we have to remember that even though AI has great importance to organisations, it can never replace humans. It can not solve most of the organisational problems. AI’s capabilities are limited to replicate human intelligence. It lacks human-like understanding, emotional intelligence, consciousness, and context of awareness. Another question that we should ask when it comes to artificial intelligence is if it is ethical. It is still an ongoing discussion in the world of technology. Is it ethical for AI that one day, they can replace humans and eliminate humans’ jobs that may lead to increased unemployment? Using AI in an ethical way must depends on us. We must make sure that we address the ethical concerns surrounding AI and develop a decision that benefit all the individuals involved.
