I made a diagram based on the aftersales process in DS Store Latem. I used Lucidchart because I find it more user friendly than the other websites. MS Word also have built-in UML but I found it difficult to use. Lucidchart has different shapes available with designated names to make it more uniform. I thought that the assignment will be easy and just basically following process but the more I worked on it, the more I noticed that I have to make sure that the steps in the process make sense. Also thinking all the “what-ifs” in every steps. Looking at my UML, it made me understand the process more rather than just reading the Standard Procedures of the aftersales.
